Order Processing
Because our products are made to order, please allow time for production before your order ships. Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days, although production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment location.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times shown during checkout are estimates and begin after production is complete. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Orders may be fulfilled by different production facilities depending on the products ordered and their availability. If your order contains multiple products, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order. Please allow time for tracking information to update after the shipping label is created.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. If you discover an error in your address, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Carrier delays can occasionally occur and are outside our direct control. If your package appears to be lost in transit, arrives damaged, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us so we can investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Please do not return products to the address shown on the shipping package unless specifically instructed to do so.
